Exchange or Return of Goods

Due to the nature of our products — which include food and edible items — Gramavanam does not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered. This policy ensures the safety, hygiene, and freshness of all our cashew and dry fruit products.

We take great care to pack and ship every order safely so that it reaches you in perfect condition. In case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 12 hours of delivery with your order details and photographs of the issue. Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement if applicable

Please Note:

  • Products once opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for replacement.

  • Replacement is applicable only for items that are damaged in transit or sent in error.

  • Claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the order to be valid.

  • Refunds are not provided, except in exceptional cases approved by management.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Don’t worry — we’ve got you covered! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use it to check the live status of your delivery.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please allow an extra 1–2 days during peak seasons or due to courier delays.
Still not received it? Contact our support team with your Order ID, and we’ll get it resolved quickly.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Deliveries are usually paused on major public holidays to ensure product freshness and safe handling. Orders placed on those days will be processed the next working day.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver to most locations across India. You can check delivery availability at checkout by entering your postcode. If your area is currently outside our service zone, we’ll notify you before payment.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Next-day delivery is available for select locations and ready-stock products only. Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive updates once your package is on its way.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

In most cases, someone needs to be available at your address to receive the order. However, if you can’t be there, you can authorize someone else to collect it. Please ensure they check the package for any visible damage before accepting it.
