Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

If you receive:

  • A damaged, defective, or incorrect product,
    please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos of the package.

Our team will review your request and may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement of the damaged or incorrect item.

No request will be accepted after 12 hours of product delivery.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed packages

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery

  • Items purchased under discount, combo, or promotional offers

  • Products without the original packaging or seal
